As a direct affront to the show-boating seen in the era of celebrity agents, we want your transaction to be for you and all about you. EXCLUSIVELY. Accordingly, this is far more than a transaction for us. It's why we often advise clients to swerve deals that are not in their best interest. It also explains why we spend very little on promotional marketing for ourselves. We are very fortunate and grateful to build our clients on a largely referral-based practice.
